After a successful first year in 2011, we have decided to open up the North Dublin Chess League to players of all ratings in 2012.
This league is entered by individuals rather than clubs (although hopefully with the cooperation of the clubs).
The aim is that each player will play approximately 6 games over the summer of 2012. The goal is for a friendly and informal league administered by the players for the players. Players can play in their clubs, home etc. as suits them. The league will be ICU rated. Games will be 1.5 hours per player per game.
The league is open to all players of all ratings but the pooling system means that players will play against opponents of similar strength.
Refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page for more details on the format.
